Our Story

Rikki and Edward, the passionate founders and sole team members behind Amazing Vacations, began their careers at Thomas Cook before launching Island Travel in October 2013 Amazing Vacations. Over nine successful years, they safely guided thousands of customers on unforgettable adventures, offering personalised service, insider tips, and unbeatable value.

When the pandemic led to tough decisions, Rikki and Edward temporarily stepped away—but their love for travel couldn’t be silenced. Watching the world reopen, they felt a calling to start fresh as Amazing Vacations, powered by Hays Travel Independent Group and fortified by ABTA – a testament to their unwavering dedication to quality, protection, and local trust.
